NRB invest in development of payroll team

NR Barton has recruited four new team members to improve and enhance its payroll bureau offering.

The new recruits have joined our offices at Waterside House in Wigan and their appointment comes as the firm continues to invest and develop in client service.

Headed up by Emma Peers (pictured above on the left), Payroll Manager, the payroll team are all experienced payroll operators capable of delivering the optimal client compliance experience. Supporting Emma with the payroll service are (from left to right above) Mel Kirkman, Ashley Knowles and Ashleigh Kempson-Blundell.

The team have over fifty years of payroll experience and have already hit the ground running improving the firm’s systems and processes.

Paul Farrington, Partner responsible for payroll, said: “The directors of NR Barton are delighted with our new payroll team. It was clear to us that our payroll offering was in need of improvement and we have acted to make that happen.

“We’re proud to have Emma leading a very capable payroll team and we’re excited with how we can develop our bureau offering for clients.
