Our Academy is designed to have a keen focus on supporting, coaching and developing our team of Apprentices at NRB.
As an Accounts Apprentice at NRB you will work towards your AAT Level 3 & AAT Level 4.
As your studies progress and your career advances, your duties will be subject to change so we can continue supporting you in your studies.
Throughout your Apprenticeship you will be partnered with our specially chosen training provider, First Intuition.
All our apprentices in the Academy are given work that has been carefully planned to coincide and support their studies. We also offer in house training sessions on various topics to help our students on areas they feel further support is needed.
We have a well-designed levelling system, placing each of our apprentices at a level between 1 to 6. Each level has clear and well-defined targets so you can move through the levels, ultimately progressing through the business. At NRB your pay is not just determined by exam success like most other firms, we value the individual and the skills they bring.
Applications for September 2025 will run from 1 November 2024 to 31 January 2025
